A quick look at the headlines of any newspaper, magazine or even album cover and you will notice that the world is far from the ideal God envisioned when He breathed life into our lungs and charged us with taking care of His Creation. To whom much has been given however, much is expected. This is our call to rise up and make a difference.

At CCCH we desire to live above the status quo. We desire to live our lives as thought they are on loan to us. This life is not ours but one that God has given to us and we have an opportunity to make a difference with the days we have left.

This year our focus is on the poverty we see on our streets here in the Chicago suburbs as well as on the poverty our ministry partners in the Dominican Republic see and work in.
