The program has been completely rewritten with a new food plan and greater emphasis on finding balance in our lives while putting Christ first.

Each group session meets for 12 weeks with members encouraging and challenging one another to meet their fitness goals. Each weekly group meeting includes a weigh-in, nutritional information, class discussion, Bible study discussion and prayer.

You¹ll discover that First Place 4 Health is a biblically based, medically trustworthy wellness program that addresses the whole person‹physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Members complete a weekly Bible study which—combined with prayer and Scripture reading—helps to impart God's strength, empowering members to overcome temptation and make long-lasting lifestyle changes.
