Schedule your personal appointment with a certified trainer on Saturday, November 13 between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. You will have the opportunity to have your fat percentage taken, individual measurements recorded, and be provided with nutritional information based on your needs. The $10.00 fee will benefit CareNet Pregnancy Services.
