Boundaries

The focus of Boundaries is on learning how to set health person, social and professional boundaries in your life, based on Biblical principles. The workbook and video based program uses the Boundaries materials developed by nationally known counsellors, authors and public speakers - Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend.
The group meets weekly on Sunday nights and is open to anyone 18 or older. Workbooks cost $7.00.
